1. How do I place a custom cake order?
You can place an order directly through our [Custom Cake Order Form] on the website. Simply fill out your desired flavors, design preferences, size, and pickup date. If you need help or have a special request, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to guide you through it.
2. How much notice do you need for custom cakes?
We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance. For larger or more intricate designs (e.g., tiered cakes, sculpted cakes), 2 weeks’ notice is ideal. Rush orders may be possible depending on availability — just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
3. Can I customize the design and flavors?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of cake flavors, fillings, and frostings. You can also personalize the design — from elegant florals to themed characters. Upload inspiration photos or describe your vision in the order form, and our cake artists will bring it to life.
4. Do you offer allergen-friendly or dietary options?
Yes, we offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan cake options upon request. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen is not certified allergen-free. If you have specific dietary needs, let us know and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a partial charge due to prep and ingredient costs. For no-shows or same-day cancellations, refunds are not available. We’re always happy to reschedule if needed.
